Presence of the same Digits
Below we will consider few equalities. The most interesting part is that, both sides of the equality contains the same digits.
95 ÷ 5 = 9 + 5 + 5
289 = (8 + 9)2
12 – 1 = √121
3 × (2 + 4) = √324
6 + 5 × 2 = (6 + 2) ÷ .5
1022 = 210 – 2
3 + 3 + 3 + 1 + 1 = 33 ÷ 3 + 1 – 1
272 + 16 = (2 + 7) × 2 × 16

37 itself is interesting, and so are 37037, 37037037, etc. for similar reasons.
